Step 2: Access online
Once you have completed the above process and have a sub agency number from the provider you can register online to submit business. Simply visit the provider’s websites and click on Register and enter your details.
Sub Agency Transfers
You can transfer existing life agencies to Life:box to benefit from our commission rates. Your renewals will also be paid at our rates. To transfer your agencies, please follow the instructions below:
Please email: Life@personaltouchfs.com with your details and a list of your protection agencies and we will liaise with the providers on your behalf to transfer these where possible.
Please note: Certain providers may insist on a new agency application to complete your transfer. If this is required, Personal Touch will inform you.
Maintaining agency account
This service is for directly authorised adviser firms to assist with creating and maintaining agency accounts with the product providers. You can amend your details with the following providers on this system.

- Zurich Assurance Ltd
