What do I do once I have registered with Personal Touch Directly Authorised?
Register with the lenders directly.
How do I register with the lenders?
Visit the lenders dedicated intermediary website or click on the dedicated lender registration link within our website and register your details.
What if I am already registered with the lenders?
If you have already registered with the lenders you will simply need to add Mortgage:box (Personal Touch DA) to your list of submission routes.
Submitting business via Personal Touch DA
Personal Touch DA does not package or process mortgage applications or produce KFI's or AIP's. For information regarding criteria or availability of product, please contact the lender directly.
Online Applications
Once you have registered with the lender or asked for Mortgage:box (Personal Touch DA) to be added to your submission routes you can submit business online in the normal way.
Paper-based Applications
For paper based mortgage applications, submit direct to the lender and attach a Mortgage:box sticker to the front of the application. To download and print your own stickers you will need the following paper: KF26051 (210mm x 297mm) 21 labels per sheet, click here to download a sheet of stickers or email us to order more dasupport@personaltouchfs.com.
How are procuration fees paid?
All procuration fees are paid directly to you by the lender.
How do I find out what my procuration fee will be?
Details of procuration fees paid are available from the "Commission" section of our website.
Who do I contact if I have a query in relation to a procuration fee payment?
Simply email commissions@personaltouchfs.com detailing your clients account number, client name, first line of address and any other relevant information. A member of the Commission Enquiries team will contact you in due course.
