How to Submit Business
Call New Business Team on 08452572444 or Alternatively Log onto the Website and Complete the on Line E-Dip
Once the enquiry has been placed by Phone or Fax an ACCEPTANCE IN PRINCIPLE is Emailed across to the Member along with the Documents stipulated in the Document Library and a Needs List
Once the Application Form is received by the Member please fax back on 08719895987 where we will conduct a Credit Search and if Satisfactory we will Issue the Mortgage Offer and Mortgage Deed Via the Email as well as Instructing Solicitors and a Valuation if the Member does not want to Instruct the Valuation themselves.
Once all The documents are a received ( Fax copies Acceptable but must be Witnessed and Certified – Only exception is the Mortgage Deed which must be the Original ) & Subject to legals the case will complete
Commission Sent within 24hrs of the Completion.
