Our customer service team
Our dedicated customer service team are on hand to assist you with any queries you may have about your instructed cases. Their aim is to deliver an excellent customer service to our clients, their customers and our panel of law firms. In the event of a query, in the first instance we'll agree with you who is going to respond to the client. In the majority of instances we will take ownership of the query and respond to all parties. All written queries will be dealt with within 5 working days wherever possible. Once an outcome has been agreed we'll write to you and the client with our findings.
