John Bentley FRICS (Technical Manager)
John has excellent technical, training and mentoring skills as a qualified chartered surveyor and energy assessor. Again, he has worked alongside Stewart for a number of years, managing and directing both in-house and panel teams of surveyors and assessors. His prime responsibility will be in developing and maintaining the assessor team’s technical and operational effectiveness.
Jay Parmar (Commercial Manager)
Jay has wide experience in the customer service environment and he has operated in a competitive business compliance environment for the last four years, most recently in the energy market. Working within the team for the last six months, Jay has developed a high level of product knowledge, client needs and pricing structure essential in developing the customer base.
David Smith (Quality Manager)
David brings to the team his in depth knowledge and experience as a Chartered Surveyor and Energy Assessor. David has over fifteen years experience of working as a Surveyor and managing teams, the most recent of which have been working alongside Stewart and John. His responsibility will be to ensure legislative, institutional and client requirements are met and indeed exceeded.

Our in-house team of qualified assessors ensures that we can deliver to clients, whatever the type of certificate required, no matter what geographical location or whether for one building or a large portfolio, across the UK. In addition, we have access to a nationwide panel of independent assessors to augment our proposition as a leading provider of all types of energy certificates.
National Operations Centre
Our national operations centre controls the whole process from initial enquiry through to delivery of the completed certificate.
This is a vital part of our service proposition for the client as well as the assessor. The operations team ensure clients’ service requirements are met and provides help, guidance and progress updates. They will assign an appropriate assessor to undertake the instruction, collate all the necessary relevant information and ensure access is gained as quickly as practical.
