Obtaining an Agency

On submitting business to WPA, please complete a  PTFS Business Submission Form (a generic copy of which is at the foot of this document) and state PTFS’s Master Agency number with WPA (2135498).

Please note that WPA will not currently set up sub-agencies. All business must be submitted via the Personal Touch master agency 2135498. You will still receive full commission entitlement.

Please also note that Intermediaries who are Directly Regulated with FSA may need to complete a separate agency application with provider to benefit from any PTFS special terms. This does not apply to Appointed Representatives of PTFS.

Obtaining a Quotation

Corporate Business

WPA have designed a very simple quote system through their website http://www.wpa.org.uk, which is now available to use for all your Enterprise Flexible Benefits and Enterprise Smart Start quotations.  This new functionality will give you an instant quotation, which means you no longer need to contact WPA for quotations. 

Private Clients

Both new business and additions to existing policies can be quoted for and WPA are sure you will find the software extremely helpful and easy to use.

To avoid any confusion please remember to delete any existing quote software and only use the newest version.

Submitting Applications

These must be sent by post (originals only) to:

Enter your agency number on each application form. Remember to complete a PTFS Business Submission form and attach it to each application. This will ensure prompt commission payment
