Obtaining an Agency

Prior to submitting your first piece of business, please contact Kim Whitfield. Kim will then allocate you a sub-agency number, which will enable you to track the progress of your applications and commission payments. A PTFS Business Submission Form for PruHealth (a generic copy of which is at the foot of this document) should be submitted with all applications.

Please note that Intermediaries who are Directly Regulated with FSA may need to complete a separate agency application with provider to benefit from any PTFS special terms. This does not apply to Appointed Representatives of PTFS.

Obtaining a Quotation

Quotes can be obtained from provider directly.

Enter your agency number on each application form. Remember to complete a PTFS Business Submission form and attach it to each application. This will ensure prompt commission payment
