Obtaining an Agency
On submitting your first piece of business, please complete a PTFS Business Submission Form (a generic copy of which is at the foot of this document) and state PTFS’s Master Agency number with Exeter Friendly (3113). You will then be allocated a sub-agency number, which will enable you to track the progress of your applications and commission payments. Please clearly state your sub agency number on all future applications
Please note that Intermediaries who are Directly Regulated with FSA may need to complete a separate agency application with provider to benefit from any PTFS special terms. This does not apply to Appointed Representatives of PTFS.

Submitting Applications
• Only fully completed application forms can be underwritten
• All members are taken on an individual basis
• One application form to be completed per adult - children to be put on either parent/guardian's application form
• Dependant children taken on parent/guardian's application up to day before they are 21*
• Individual direct debits need to be completed per application
• Applications are processed in 5 working days (unless further medical information is required)
• Direct debits will not be taken until 21 days after registration
