Initial Toolbox Setup – Complete Toolbox Setup including logons, user access levels, compliance documentation, template letters and commission splits.

Initial Toolbox Course – 2 days of training per package.  This will be the initial Sales Process Training explaining the basics of how to get cases on the system.

WEBSeminars – 6 WEBSeminars per annum on any areas of Toolbox.

Additional Toolbox Courses – 3 days of training per package.  These will be for the additional courses such as Refresher Courses, Administrator Courses and Advanced Course.

Training Box Access – Access to the Toolbox demo videos to provide further support.

Off Site Training – Can possibly swap the 3 days additional training for one day of location training at the firms offices.
 

Toolbox is a comprehensive system which will improve your current business practices as well as ensuring you have the appropriate system and procedures in place as required by the FSA.

Toolbox offers a secure and encrypted web based platform which requires no expensive costs in respect to hardware and servers. As long as you have internet access you can use toolbox, so whether in the office, home or in a coffee shop.

Toolbox will soon become second nature to your business however we realise that in order for you to use Toolbox to its full capacity a good understanding of the system is required.
